This writer will be adding a more detailed commentary soon, but for now, here is all you need to know about the Albany County Surrogate Court judicial race:

Murray Carr — not known for doing the job he currently does in any efficient manner. Has to be nagged to do it.

Cathryn Doyle — seems to do a good job as a judge. Is currently the incumbent.

Helena Health Roland — incompetent but doesn’t seem to know it. Everyone around her does.
